Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Grant. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Grant.
The product
Grant is a paid Android utility that grants and revokes permissions for apps you select, based on triggers you configure (Bluetooth devices, Wi‑Fi networks, or schedules). It requires wireless debugging pairing so a local shell can apply permission changes.
License
Subject to your purchase through Google Play, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Grant on devices associated with your Google account, as permitted by Google Play. You may not redistribute the APK, reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, or use Grant to automate permissions on devices you do not own or control.
Your responsibilities
- Use Grant only on your own device (or a device you are authorized to administer).
- Review which permissions you automate. Granting permissions to third-party apps is your choice and your risk.
- Keep wireless debugging under your control. Do not pair on untrusted networks if you are uncomfortable doing so.
- Comply with other apps’ terms, employer policies, and applicable law.
Payment
Grant is sold as a paid download on Google Play. Google processes the purchase. Access after payment, refunds, and chargebacks follow Google Play’s policies. We do not sell a separate in-app unlock for the same download.
No warranty
Grant is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that automation will always succeed (for example if wireless debugging is off, the shell is unhealthy, or Android changes permission APIs). Fail-closed behavior may skip grant or revoke until the link recovers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for permission state of third-party apps, missed notifications, or location changes that result from rules you configured. Our total liability arising from Grant will not exceed the amount you paid to download the app through Google Play.
Age
Grant is not intended for children. You must be old enough to accept these terms and to enable Developer Options on the device.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Uninstalling Grant ends your use of the software on that device. Provisions that by nature should survive (including limitation of liability) survive termination.
